Dipali Sarvaiya Sheth, Founder

Dipali is founder of Eternity Legal. She is qualified as a Solicitor, Bombay and as a Solicitor, England & Wales (NP). She also holds a degree in Master of law in commercial laws. She is also a registered patent and trademark agent. She has vast experience on advising on gamut of laws such as corporate commercial laws, electricity, labour and employment, exchange control, intellectual property amongst others. She has advised several multinational companies on their joint-ventures, acquisitions, business alliance.

She advises large corporates on legal and regulatory issues as well as their commercial contracts including strategic alliance, joint-venture, financing transactions, shareholders agreement, services contracts, EPC, etc.

She has also developed expertise in advising and representing clients in respect of electricity matters before various State Commissions and Central Commission, Appellate Tribunal of Electricity and High Court.

Being a registered patent and trademark agent, she advises on issues related to intellectual property rights including procuring registrations, licensing and assignment of intellectual property rights, policing and managing intellectual property portfolio, infringement proceedings, etc. she assists not only in advising but also in documentation pertaining to intellectual property rights.

She extensively advises pharmaceutical companies on their various needs including in-licensing and out-licensing of formulae, acquisitions, protection of their intellectual property rights, contract manufacturing, etc. She also advises corporates on issues relating to labour and employment laws including appointment, confidentiality and intellectual property protection, severance, disciplinary actions, separation, formulating human resources policy, etc.

Prior to founding Eternity Legal, Dipali was a partner with MDP & Partners for over 2 years, prior to which she was a senior associate at J. Sagar Associates (JSA).
